The "National ID Card" is now
Federal Law: Call 404-250-8105 for more information.
Under the guise of the Immigration Reform Act
of 1996 and the Welfare Reform Act and the national Defense Bill, also known as
Public Law 104-208, Part B, Title IV, the American public was mandated into a
national ID card.
Section 656 of the new law states that
"after October 01, 2000, Federal agencies may only accept as proof of
identity driver's licenses that conform to standards developed by the Secretary
of the Treasury", (Digitized Fingerprints, Holograms, Bar Codes, etc).
The Federal government mandates a registry of
new employees: The bill requires the state to set up a "new hires
directory" that would require all employers to report to the state
information about every newly hired employee. The directory would be made
available to the Department of Social and Rehabilitation Services. The
Associated Press reported, that ALL people would be listed, regardless of age
and EVEN THOSE THAT HAVE NO CHILD SUPPORT OBLIGATION.
Bottom line is why would they go to all this
bother to register the entire United States population to catch a few
"Dead-beat Dads" (please note the differentiation). This National
registry may have very little to do with making sure parents remain responsible
to their offspring, but more importantly has everything to do with getting
dossiers on everyone. These laws (Sec. 325 (D)) require access to certain
records: Records of other State and local government agencies, including:
(I) vital statistics (including records of
marriage, birth, and divorce);
(II) State and local tax and revenue records
(including information on residence address, employer, income and assets);
(III) records concerning real and titled
personal property;
(IV) records of occupational and professional
licenses, and records concerning the ownership and control of corporations,
partnerships, and other business entities;
(V) employment security records;
(VI) records of agencies administering public
assistance programs;
(VII) corrections records.
(ii) Certain records held by private entities
with respect to individuals who owe or are owed support (or against or with
respect to who a support obligation is sought), consisting of:
(I) the names and addresses of such
individuals and the names and addresses of the employers of such individuals, as
appearing in customer records of public utilities and cable television
companies, pursuant to an administrative subpoena authorized by subparagraph
(B); and
(II) information (including information on
assets and liabilities) on such individuals held by financial institutions.
I apologize if I have run on here but the
purpose is to let you all know how very serious this "big brother"
operation is and how very little time we have to address our grievances. Again
it is important to recall that although many "Deadbeat" PARENTS will
be stopped in their tracks with this law, the government's intent is more
pervasive. It will have a complete and total database containing every human in
the US. This database will network between State, local and Federal governments.
and the Feds. It will include all information on an individual, social security,
credit cards, date of birth, eye and hair color, distinguishing characteristics,
attitude, addresses, licenses, organizations, titled property, taxes, income
etc. You name it, they will have it.
The question one needs to ask is why has your
Congressman, the press and the regulated media not exposed this to you? THEY
DON'T WANT YOU TO KNOW! I trust all of you are as concerned as I am. If you are,

This is not just an American problem! Some
time ago I heard a tape recording by a New Zealand preacher who evangelizes the

loc. xx-xx-xx ( the reason satellites concentrated high resolution imaging of
the world right down to street level from the 70's onwards.) and an ID xx-xx-xx
Even if like in the UK were we don't have them (YET) all nations have a TAX FILE
NUMBER. which is yes 6 digits , we in the UK in fact have a DSS number take the
letters away from it you have the req. 6 digits. e.g.. NA XX-XX-XX B Putting all
this together gives a unique 18 digit pin that tells the NWO that " A
person was born on that day, this person lives in this street, this person is
that Ind. ID no, which is linked via link numbers not to dissimilar to HTML hot
line addresses to documents and data al about you.
The scary thing is, and this is why a
preacher has been following events is that this 18 digit pin when broken down
gives 666 ( Yeah the number of the beast, The super comp in Brussels is even an
anagram of BEAST )
Have you noticed in the new over there how
Europe is fighting a political battle to remain individual countries as against
the will of the NWO ( who are clandestine members) who are trying to make Europe
a federal superstate, not to dissimilar to the USA. Individual country law
superseded by EU law( exactly like US county law being superseded by federal
law).
New Zealand got a recent shock when it
discovered it was on the Australian constitution as the 13 state of Australia.
And they have even lost their own Currency and mint being given the ozzi dollar.
They have been subsumed into the NWO by legislative means without even seeing it
coming, all because they did not heed Barry Smiths warning. Who incidentally
Prophesied George Bushes Election to presidency years before the campaign. Not
because He's clairvoyant or by any sort of supernatural means but by
information. Bush was and possibly still is the most powerful man in the world.
A member of 5 secret organizations, CABALS in Hebrew. the most powerful being
the skull and bones which he was a member of in his university days. The clubs
aims are for its members (15 elected per annum from the University) to bring
about via whatever position they attain in life to bring about a NWO. Now
Presidency of the USA is one hell of an entry on a resume.
